Cherry plums from the village trees, with half the usual sugar.

Koromila, small and tart cherry plums, grow on the trees of Kokkinopilos itself. They are picked by hand in the village and cooked in small batches, the way jams have always been made in village kitchens.
We use only half the sugar of a usual jam, so the fruit comes first: sharp, fresh and just sweet enough.
Every jar carries the label of the highest village of Olympus, and a little of its summer.
