Kokkinopilos means “red clay”, after the red earth of its slopes. We shape that same clay by hand into vases, cups, mugs, cookware and decorations, so every piece keeps the colour of the hillside it came from.

Wood-cutting has been part of life in Kokkinopilos for generations. Today the wood of the forests around the village is carved by hand into plates, mugs, spoons and kitchen utensils, made to be used every day.
